I, agrees to the following terms and conditions asa Accountant 1. Confidentiality:·        I agree to maintainconfidentiality of all financial and business information exchanged.·        I shall not disclose anyClient’s financial information to third parties without prior written consent.·        The obligation ofconfidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.2. Compliance & Liability:·        I shall exercise due diligenceand comply with all applicable accounting and taxation laws.·        I shall not be held liable for anypenalties or liabilities arising due to the Client’s non-compliance ormisrepresentation of data.3. Data Protection & Ownership:·        All financial records anddocuments prepared or handled remain the property of the Client.·        I shall return or destroy all recordsupon termination of services.·        I shall comply with applicabledata protection laws.4. Term & Termination:·        Either party may terminate thisAgreement immediately for material breach.·        If terminated, all outstandingdues must be settled within 15 days.5. Indemnification:·        I shall not be responsible forany losses resulting from government actions, changes in tax laws, orthird-party software failures.·        I will be liable for any lossesor financial damage6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:·        This Agreement shall begoverned by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.·        Any disputes shall be resolvedthrough arbitration in Pune as per Arbitration Act].·        In case of any unresolveddisputes, the courts in [Jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.7. Non-Solicitation:·        The Client agrees not todirectly or indirectly solicit or hire any employees of the Accountant for aperiod of 3 months after termination of this Agreement.8. Force Majeure·        I shall be liable for failureto perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond their control, includingbut not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technicalfailures.
